Ghyll Pool is ideal for use as a holiday let. We can provide data on the letting performance for 15 years. We would also be happy to sell the mature web site, listings, bed linen and so forth and give advice and help.
The cabin has been carefully planned to sleep four adults in comfort and is warm and cosy with double-glazing and ample electric heating. The lounge has leather armchairs and sofa with doors leading on to a large decked patio with table, chairs and fabulous views. At the other end of the open-plan area are a small but well-equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge and microwave, and a dining area with a table and chairs.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with ample fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. Between the bedrooms is a shower room with WC and hand basin.
The site has the benefit of a communal area with a family size indoor swimming pool, with Jacuzzi, and a sauna. There is also a small shop selling basic necessities and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. Neaum Crag is ideal to get away from it all but the communal building also contains a pay phone and has internet access so it is not difficult to stay in touch.
The cabins may be occupied between the 1st March and the 15th November and Ghyll Pool can also be occupied over the Christmas and New Year period. For those wishing to occupy or let the property throughout the winter we understand planning permission has been granted elsewhere on the development for occupation between 15 Match and 4 January and would probably be forthcoming here.
Please note that Ghyll Pool is not suitable for the infirm as the access is down 21 shallow steps from the dedicated parking area for two cars.
