Yes! It has taken a little while but we persisted as most of the agents in our area of Murcia charge totally unrealistic prices for service ranging from 3% to 5% of the sale price. Our house was always going to take a little longer to sell as it is inland and people seem to want the coast even though many change their minds after a year or two, then move inland. This is because the coastal/golf properties are dead in the winter and the prices for food etc higher as it is all geared towards tourism.
I want to say a big thank you for helping us sell our house and for saving us over €10,000 on agent fee. This helped a lot especially after the down turn of property prices since 2008.
I sincerely wish you and your company well in these challenging times and will recommend your company as being the best way to sell in any country. Our buyers were from Holland which shows the spread of your advertising. Many viewings have been from other countries and not just England.
