A beautiful and very unique 3-bedroom detached house built in 1995 on the edge of Warsaw’s National Park, situated on a 800m2 (0.197 acre) plot of land.

We currently live at the property and are very flexible in terms of viewings and moving in/out date. There is no chain.

The house has been our pride and joy and a lot of love has gone into it over the years. It has originally been designed by an architect living in Canada, hence the unique roof design.

The property comes with the planning permission which we applied for in case we decided to build an extension for our child or grandma.

Over the years our plans have changed and we decided to move abroad and pass our lovely home into someone else's good hands. It's a very special and lucky place and we are sure that the next owners will be very happy here.
