Reluctantly we need to sell our lovely villa after having so many fantastic holidays here for the last 20 years!

It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 1 bathroom and a separate shower room.

The kitchen is open plan with the dining area and lounge adjoining although it is great to eat outside on the large covered porch which has an awning for shade if wanted.

There is a bathroom with bath, shower, loo and bidet. there is also a separate shower room with a second loo.

The villa stands in its own large garden, totally secure, with a lovely pool with steps and a tiled area for sunbeds etc.

We will be selling it completely furnished, including all garden furniture.

Jerez airport is approx. 35 minutes away.
