Das Grundstück

Das Wohnhaus besteht aus Holz und Betonsteine. Es wurde im Jahr 2012 erbaut. Dieses wunderschöne, stabile, einheimische zweistöckige Wohnhaus, EG und OG mit einer Fläche von ca 200 Quadratmeter verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn-und-Esszimmer, 2 gemütliche und komfortable Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit warmem und kaltem Wasser und einer Einbauküche. Das Haus ist teilweise möbliert. Möbel in Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer sind im Kaufpreis enthalten.

Die große Terrasse vor dem Haus ist komplett überdacht und der Boden ist gefließt. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich auch ein schöner Sitzbereich und ein großes Jacuzzi oder Whirlpool für 4-Personen für Badegenuss und Entspannung.
