A completely independent portion of the building of three levels. Located in the municipality of Fosdinovo, a small typically medieval village, on which stands the ancient castle. The villa (which occupies the top and largest part of the entire structure) is located on the slopes of the Apuan Alps, at an altitude of 650 meters, and enjoys wonderful panoramic views. On the Gulf of Poets, the mouth of the lean river up to the Gulf of Spezia. Pink marble floors, veranda, living room, panoramic kitchen and terrace and a splendid panoramic swimming pool made of mosaic tiles with solarium and umbrella, night-time led lights and external spotlights. The pool is about 16 meters long and 4 meters wide and at the deepest point (mountain side) it reaches more than 2.5 meters.
