This is a front-line sea view apartment in a wing of a large 4* hotel that was sold off to become privately owned apartments.

The view from this apartment is stunning. It definitely has the "wow" factor. It is right on the sea-front, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the pool. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom & a double sofa bed in the living room.

There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel by the roundabout (2 minutes walk), and a selection of restaurants and cafes in the local area.

Playa del Cura is the next town up from Mogan. Puerto Rico is just 5-10 minutes up the coast.

It is currently submitted it into a rental scheme which means your comunidad fees (€140/month) are paid for you, and you get the following rent guaranteed. You get to use the apartment yourselves every May & June.

There is also a restaurant in the hotel, and you can either pay as you go:

OR you can pay for an all inclusive wristband: 65 euros per day per adult (adult = over 12 years old).
For this you get breakfast, lunch & dinner, plus:
- all the drinks you want from the bar
- 10-4pm bar snacks
- 4-6pm – coffee & cakes
- Drinks from the bar until 11pm
- Access to the sauna

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Things to do in the local area are:
- Relax, read, swim in the pool / sea
- Hire a car & explore the island, eg Puerto Mogan (a pretty little fishing village about 5 minutes drive east along the coast)
- Day out in Maspalomas (25 mins drive west along the coast) to walk across the sand dunes and explore the town
- Boat trips (various options - glass bottom boat etc) - many trips leave from Puerto Rico harbour
- Water sports (various options)
- There are of course beaches all up the coast if you want to explore other areas... including some VIP beach clubs where you can pay to sit on white sofas overlooking eg an infinity pool & the sea with spa jets and jacuzzis etc!
- You can drive up into the mountains too which is beautiful (if a little hairy!)
- Submarine trip (leaves from Mogan) - 28 euros per person and quite a fun trip
- Zoo (Palmitos Park / Cocodrillo park etc)
- Water park
- Beach buggy tours
- Spa day (up in the mountains)

- Crazy golf (Puerto Rico town)
