The former farmhouse is located in the municipality of Cingoli. It is currently used as an agricultural object. Rabbits, ducks, geese, chickens, pheasants, turkeys, pigeons, 2 cats and a dog live in the stables.
The trees bear cherries, figs, apricots, quinces, plums, visciole (Amarena cherries) and persimmons. There are also grapes, a walnut, almonds and about 50 olive trees, 10 of which are centuries old.
Beans, tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, artichokes, turnips, beets, lettuce, Swiss chard, spinach and savoy cabbage are planted in the vegetable garden.
