In the middle of the historic Medina of Essaouira, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this large, light and airy Riad was my home for 5 years.

It's unusual in the amount of light it lets in via the central courtyard as well as the external windows

It was most of the way through a renovation when COVID hit, and since then I have got married and had a child in the UK and so my life is here now and I'm looking to sell. It would make an excellent full time home as it was for me, holiday home, or investment property (I have people who wish to rent it long term and run a co-working/living space whose details I could pass on if the buyer was interested).

It's on a very quiet street in the Medina (walled city) of Essaouira, with nice quiet neighbours and all the amenities very close by.

The house is spread over 3 interior floors plus a roof terrace with an excellent sun/shade mix and views over the city. There are fireplaces on every floor (useful as it does get chilly at night even in Morocco) and 4 massive en-suite bedrooms, two of which have an attached salon area with a fireplace and a large window out over the courtyard.
