The finca is filled with gorgeous flower beds and exotic plants. The entire property is covered in four varieties of coconut palms. which we have been supplying to the natives for making oil and bread from. At the back of the property is our own finca where we grow many types of bananas, pineapples, papaya, yucca with space to grow much more. In our garden area behind the house, we have grown many things, but now ginger, turmeric culantro, ahi and spinach are growing in the beds. Behind our property is the main Finca Buenavida, and this property is part of it. So even though the property is titled we also jointly own the community property on Finca Buenavida which contains beautiful trails, Fruit, and Cacao trees. Also, an amazing pond circled by the ancient grandfather trees. The boat will be included in our waterfront area filled with docks, including the boathouse, kayak dock, the bodega and the rancho. Therre is a healthy expat community and several Ngobe villages on the island, and we have just really close relationships with many of the residents.

This was the last Nispero house built in the area. Nispero has become an extremely rare and expensive hardwood. Too hard to nail, but weather and termite proof. Frame, Siding, Floring, all Nispero, cut by chainsaw in the jungle into these incredibly heavy pieces including 8X8, 4X6, and 4X4"s walked for miles to waiting boats.
