15 km from the picturesque baroque town of Noto ( both UNESCO world-heritage towns), 40 min from Catania airport. Very well kept, absolutely
quiet, typical large southern mediterranean park about 4000sqm with 2 air-conditioned villas. Main house (4 rooms,
bathroom, kitchen, conditioned wine-cellar) and separate air-conditioned guest house (2 ½ rooms, kitchen, bathroom). Photovoltaic and a power generator were installed to stay energy-independent, and water supply is guaranteed by a local consortium as well by our own well.
The entire complex was extensively restored between 2008 and 2012 (total investment 2.7 million €). Both houses are completely furnished.
The area, about 6 m above sea level, overlooks with breathtaking view a picturesque, quiet bay, 0 distance to beach (very fine sand)
Which extends over 30 m to the crystal clear sea. So from your own ground it is only 1m
to the beach and another 20 -30 m to the crystal clear sea, into which the beach flows very gradually, a huge advantage if you have small children.
The area nearby is sparsely covered with some low level buildings (no hotels, no blocks of flats). A small grocery store and 2 restaurants are within walking distance. You can reach Avola center by car within 5 min to find more fine restaurants , all kind of small shops, the fish-habour and supermarkets.
