Just to let you know that we have at last sold the house and everything was signed over this morning. We have been so pleased with Magnolia and have recommended you to a few of our friends. In fact one of our closest friends has just put her house on the site. Our purchasers came via Magnolia and they mentioned that they were impressed that Magnolia was an independent site and interested parties were not being sold anything and were not required to make payments for things or bombarded by advertising.
